Staff are amazing, James was incredibly helpful, Lilley & Milly are just lovely, kind, provide excellent service & were great waitresses. Our 50th anniversary of starting our nurse training was a wonderful weekend. Great food on Friday night in the birdcage restaurant, all served promptly and together, even though the booking grew from 4 to 11 in 30 minutes. Full English, lots of toast & good coffee made for a great start to the day. The hotel is looking a little tired in places but prices are good, the private room was just right for our event, the 3 course meal was exceptional. Whether it was roast beef, risotto or salmon all guests were impressed. Although portions were huge. Sticky toffee pudding was spot on. everywhere is toasty warm, shower was strong & hot, room was comfortable. The staff recruiter should be very proud because the team are absolutely guest focused. Thank you

We go regularly to the parkmore, the afternoon tea is always fresh and nicely presented and you can have refillable tea and coffee. The cakes are always beautiful. Georgia served us today, she was a lovely girl, very attentive and pleasant, she had a chat to us, which from a young girl was refreshing. Paul the manager also is a very pleasant man,who takes the time to chat with his clientele. The parkmore is one of our favourite places.

Stayed overnight bank holiday. What a great little place. Rooms are spacious and tidy. Towels and soaps in bathrooms. Staff from checkin to pool staff to housekeeping all so happy polite and helpful. Pool great added bonuses with wet and dry sauna and jacuzzi. Main pool also child friendly with shallow corner and they even brought toys for kids to play with. Highly recommended this gem of a place.

The room was a little small and a little dated, it's been years since I slept in a single bed. Dinner was lovely, as was the evening service provided by the staff. The gym was well equipped and in a very acceptable condition, as was the pool. The continental breakfast was OK. I was on site early, so I didn't manage to get a hot one. Priced at the restaurant was very good indeed.
